Use of Service
Our service connects patients in New York with licensed physicians for the purpose of medical marijuana evaluations. We do not sell, supply or dispense cannabis. A recommendation is issued at the sole discretion of the evaluating physician.
Eligibility
You must be a New York resident and meet the legal age and medical requirements to use our service. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
No Medical Guarantee
Completing an application does not guarantee approval. Recommendations are granted only when a licensed physician determines that medical cannabis is appropriate for your condition.
Fees
Consultation fees are for the physician evaluation only and are separate from any state registration fees. Fees are non-refundable once an evaluation has been completed.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
